In this article, I’m sharing with you the law of attraction secrets all around how to change your self-image. Your self-image is everything when it comes to determining your vibration and your point of attraction.

So if you want to understand why it’s important to change your self-image and how to manifest using your self-image, then just keep on reading.

Your self-image comes down to the way that you perceive you. How do you look at yourself? What do you feel about yourself? What do you believe to be true about yourself and what is possible for you?

And essentially everything that makes up your perception of who you are and what’s possible for you in your life.

Now, this is important because your self-image directly correlates to the feelings that you have about yourself, about what’s possible about manifestation. And therefore that directly affects your energetic vibration.

So for example, if you want to become a six-figure online entrepreneur, you want to manifest a lot of money, you want to manifest your dream business.

But right now your self-image, the way that you are looking at yourself is that I’m not a disciplined person. I am not committed to taking massive action. Things are difficult for me. I feel bad about myself. I feel like I’m not good enough compared to everyone else.

Do you think you’re actually going to be able to manifest that reality? Chances are you’re not because your self-image is not in alignment with your self-image once you have manifested what you desire.

By changing and aligning your self-image, not only are you actually going to be able to raise your vibration to match the frequency of your desires, but overall you are going to be feeling a lot more empowered and who you are.

You are going to accept yourself a lot more and finally, see yourself as that person that you want to be right now.

Now, before I jump into the steps on how to achieve the law of attraction success by changing your self-image, of course, you need to make sure that you have your manifestation, desires, and intentions clear.

So now let’s jump into the steps on how to change your self-image so that you can manifest the things that you want.

Steps to change your self-image

1. Think of the self-image of the you who has already achieved your desired manifestation

So this is all about future pacing yourself into the you who has already manifested their desires because you are manifesting our desires.

And I want you to start to think about what is the self-image of that version of you. Meaning how do you look at yourself once you have manifested everything that you desire, how do you feel about yourself? What do you believe about yourself? What do you believe to be possible about you listed all out?

Do you see yourself as a confident, assertive, and certain person? Do you see yourself as someone who asks for what they want? Because you know what’s going to happen? Do you see yourself as someone who takes massive action? Actually, get very specific on your perception of yourself.

Now the key here is really to tap into the feelings, understand exactly how you would be feeling about yourself, and begin to bring those feelings back to the present moment.

So all about reflecting on how do you currently feel about yourself, how do you currently look at yourself? What beliefs do you have about yourself and what is possible for you and your abilities?

This is really important because this is the starting point where you are at right now and we need to understand exactly where you are at right now in order to shift you to that next level of self-image.

So once again, I want you to list everything out. What do you feel about yourself? What do you believe to be true about yourself? And really write it all out. Get very clear.

Here it might get a little bit uncomfortable, to be honest, and be like, wow, I haven’t really been feeling great about myself. And that’s completely okay, because the more honest that you are, the more clarity that you have as to where you are at right now, the better it is when you are about to shift.

So the first part here is to take out the reflection of your current self-image and compare it with the reflection of the self-image of you who has already manifested everything that you desire.

Begin to identify the discrepancies, what needs to change in order for you to change your self-image to the you who has already achieved the things that you want.

So for example, right now you’re feeling really bad about yourself. You feel like you’re not doing a good enough job and that nothing is happening for you.

And then you look at this new self-image and you see that the you who has already achieved what you desire, that version of you is constantly showering yourself with a lot of self-love. And that version of you knows that you are always doing your best.

So that is a point of discrepancy.

Now what I want you to do from here is to begin to write out that new story. This whole part here is about telling yourself a new story about how you perceive yourself.

So really painting that clear picture of the new self-image that you want to embody instead. Now from here, all you have to do is take this new story and get yourself in front of a mirror.

Now mirror work is such a powerful technique and this was made popular by Louise hay. The power behind mirror work is that you are speaking directly to that reflection of you.

You can see your feelings, you can see your beliefs reflected right in front of you in the mirror and as you are speaking to yourself in the mirror, look through your eyes.

As you guys have probably heard, the eyes are the doors to your soul and when you are saying out loud this new self-image that you wished to embody directly to yourself in the mirror and looking into your eyes, this is going to help this information, this new self-image coats directly into your soul and into your subconscious.

So here, what I want you to do is really commit to spending that time every single day saying to yourself, your new self-image in the mirror.

I know that in the beginning, this might feel a little bit awkward. You’re like, why am I talking to myself in the mirror? But trust me, if you can keep up with this practice, it is going to do wonders in terms of installing this new self-image into your subconscious.

So that’s basically my simple process on how to change your self-image. As I mentioned, not only is this going to help you manifest, but this is literally going to elevate you into a whole new frequency of being when you are allowing yourself to embody that new perception of you.
